Security Officer – Weekend Night Shifts (East London)
We are recruiting an experienced and fully qualified Security Officer for weekend night shifts at a reputable East London site.
Shift Details:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
18:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate:
£12.25 – £13.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
Role Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor the site to ensure a safe and secure environment
Lock and secure all access points during your shift and open them after, while managing access control and ensuring you know exactly who is entering and exiting the site
Assist authorised visitors and staff professionally
Conduct routine fire alarm checks and follow safety protocols
Complete clear and accurate occurrence logbook entries
Maintain punctuality and adhere to all security procedures
Essential Requirements:
Valid SIA licence
Enhanced DBS (current and valid)
First Aid at Work certification
Completed ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training
Demonstrated experience in security roles, with strong communication and reporting skills
