Your new role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional front-of-house service. Your responsibilities will include:Greeting visitors and managing sign-in proceduresAnswering and directing incoming callsHandling general enquiries via phone and emailManaging meeting room bookings and maintaining a tidy reception areaSupporting administrative tasks as requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have:Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)A professional and approachable mannerYou must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
