Your new role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the site office. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and signing in visitorsManaging meeting room bookingsHandling incoming calls and postProviding refreshments for meetingsScanning and organising documentsThis is a 10-12-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.Working hours are 7:30-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
