Senior Automotive dealership Service & Sales Administration Executive

Preston

Contract Type: Permanent full time Monday to Friday

Upto 33k basic with excellent bonus structure

Have you previously worked for commercial dealership in either a sales or service capacity?

Are you familiar with the light commercial vehicle sector? Could you work within a small team and become an integral part of the dealership?

This role will ensure the customers journey is seamless by delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers from initial sales enquiry right through and well into the service and the warranty process.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Service & Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that each client receives the best service possible while driving sales.

Your role will include:

Building and nurturing relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Providing expert sales & advice on the automotive services and products, warranty, aftersales whilst ensuring customers make informed decisions.

Actively promoting and upselling our services, contributing to revenue growth.

Collaborating with the service team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, products, and services.

Sales Savvy: Proven experience in a sales and/or service role within in the automotive industry,
