A growing and dynamic business based in Chesterfield is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and expanding sales department. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team.

Your new roleAs Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal sales function and ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to a busy Sales Director and working closely with the wider sales team, your responsibilities will include:

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAPProducing complex customer quotationsIntermediate level Excel needed ( including V look up)Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelinesSupporting commercial administration and internal sales processesHandling customer queries and building strong business relationshipsProducing sales reports and analysis using ExcelAssisting with customer engagement and internal reportingWhat you'll need to succeed /to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a sales administration or internal sales support roleStrong order processing and quote production skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesGood working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysisExperience using SAP or similar ERP systems (desirable)A proactive and organised approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environmentWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary based on experienceFull-time, permanent position with stable working hoursOpportunity to join a growing business with a supportive team cultureOn-site parking and accessible location in Sheffield
