Our client is an electrical wholesaler with multiple branches who are recruiting for an internal sales person to join their team in the Swindon area.

The role:

* To contribute to the success of the branch and promote the companies name by providing excellent levels of customer service.

* Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.

* To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.

* Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers.

* Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

* Assist customers on the trade counter.

* Preparing quotations.

* Stock control

* Pricing stock accurately, storing, and labelling goods in the stores.

* Preparing orders for delivery

* Providing excellent customer service at all times

* To work as part of a team and help where required.

The person:

•Enthusiastic, conscientious, good communicator, common sense, and a good attitude to work.

•Electrical wholesale experience essential

• Salary depending on experience plus bonus scheme.
