I can’t recommend Waste Clearance Service Limited highly enough! I needed my house cleared before builders were due to start, and they came out within 24 hours of my enquiry. The whole team was punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They took care of absolutely everything, going into the property and removing all the waste while I didn’t have to lift a finger. Their prices were extremely competitive, and the level of service was outstanding. They even came back the following day to collect a second load, which really showed their commitment to getting the job done properly. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. Without a doubt, this is the best waste removal company in Birmingham. The owner or staff member seemed nice, was told 1pm, they turned up at 4:34pm, his team tried to carry the mattress, super king size. Unfortunately there was no room on the van. I’m annoyed, but these things happen. The guy on the chat sounded like a top guy. Maybe more communication between staff and crew would be great. I made it as easy as possible for them to collect, strapped it up and moved it downstairs. Oh well these things happen. They offered to collect the next day on WhatsApp, unfortunately can’t take another day off work. So declined.
