As our new RPO Account Co–ordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Business Partners and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the candidate referral programmeProvide end–to–end recruitment administrationCreate and release roles via our VMS systemPost job adverts internally and externallySchedule interviews and coordinate logisticsManage the central recruitment mailbox and respond to queriesProduce ad hoc reports and update systems as neededWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in administration and coordinationIdeally, some recruitment experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressureA proactive, can–do attitude with strong communication skillsResilience and adaptability in a fast–paced environmentWhat You'll Receive:
