Field Based Recruiter - Maternity Cover 12 months

South West; Plymouth, Devon

Pay: GBP29,000 basic plus GBP3000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for all sourcing queries for your portfolio and provide staffing solutions across the regionUtilise the ATS and relevant job boards to match candidates to our rolesWork with the Senior Recruiter and SRBP to drive a pipeline of suitable candidatesDeliver tailored staffing solutions for the operation to agreed SLA's and qualityShare best practice across resourcing and suggest process improvements in line with regulation and SLA'sEnsure accurate recruitment reporting and metrics are collated as required for the Senior Recruiter and Operational TeamsWork closely alongside the Resourcing & Onboarding Administrators to support the end to end process and management of all vacancies and candidates to maximise sourcing opportunitiesOversee the effective management of vacancy to ensure resource is applied in the right areaCheck and sign off offer details and ensure thorough handover through to onboardingBuild positive and engaging relationships with all key stakeholders, with good lines of proactive communication both across resourcing and operationsCollaborate with Marketing to ensure we have the correct tools available to promote our roles Where You'll Do It

If based in the South West you will work from home the majority of time, however you will be expected to attend meetings with operational stakeholders when required and drop into our offices in the North West on a quarterly basis.
