What You'll Be Doing

As our Compliance Manager, you'll ensure our international recruitment activity is legally compliant, ethically sound, and fully aligned with Home Office regulations. Your responsibilities will include

Immigration & Sponsor Licence Compliance

Managing the Home Office Sponsor LicenceMaintaining the Sponsor Management System (SMS)Ensuring timely reporting and CoS assignmentConducting audits and readiness checksRight to Work & Legal Compliance

Carrying out robust Right to Work checksStaying ahead of immigration law changesMaintaining accurate staff documentationRecruitment Process Oversight

Reviewing job specs, contracts, and offers for complianceSupporting ethical, transparent international recruitmentUpholding Home Office Codes of PracticeTraining & Internal Policy

Delivering training to hiring managers and HR colleaguesWriting and updating compliance policiesDeveloping guidance and best practice materialsRisk Management & Audit

Leading mock audits and internal spot checksActing as the main contact for Home Office inspectionsManaging and escalating compliance risksEthical Recruitment

Ensuring all recruitment partners align with WHO and DHSC guidanceReviewing agency contracts for fairness and transparencyWhat You'll Need to Succeed
