Getting sober left a void in my life as so much of my time beforehand was taken up with
alcohol. Marie helped me rediscover my passions and interests that had been buried by
addiction. Marie guided me in exploring new hobbies and activities that bring me joy and
fulfilment. Now, sobriety feels less like a sacrifice and more like an opportunity to live a truly
fulfilling life.

Before my first session, I was a bit sceptical about Life Coaching, thinking it was going to be all about "positive thinking" which I thought I might struggle with as a person who has suffered on and off with anxiety for a long time. However I found it to be a lot more practical, and about putting achievable methods into practice to reach your goals. As well as actually discovering what your goals and values are! (which I didn't realise I was so unaware of before coaching!)
I feel like it couldn't have come at a better time for me, and I'm so glad I let my curiosity about coaching overtake my scepticism, and go ahead and book sessions with Marie. Marie instantly made me feel relaxed and able to be open about areas of my life that I am struggling with and to see things from new perspectives. I come away from every session with her feeling clear headed and determined. Having a clearer vision of my values and goals has been so helpful in the way I approach so many aspects of my life, from my business to my relationships, to the way I care for myself. I'd recommend coaching with Marie to anyone, no matter where you are in your life!
