Yoga therapy 1-1 and group sessions *BCYT and CNHC registered practitioner*

Description

I am a BCYT accredited and CNHC registered yoga therapist based in Edinburgh. I have been teaching yoga for seven years and yoga therapy for two years. Yoga therapy is based on creating a tailored practice to suit individual needs and meeting you where you are in your practice. You may be working with a specific health condition, wish to deepen your knowledge of the practice or you may be a complete beginner wanting to establish the foundations of yoga before joining group classes.

There will be an initial session where we will discuss your condition(s) through a health questionnaire, movement and breath assessments. We will then set SMART goals and build a home practice which evolves over the course of the sessions as you progress in your practice. More information can be found through my website link. In addition, I will share my knowledge of yoga philosophy, suggest resources, and guide you towards further information as needed.

Please email me for an initial chat and then we can set up your first session. All conditions are considered including cancer, stress, fatigue, sleep issues, back pain, anxiety and bereavement. Please contact me if you have any questions or you have a condition not listed.

The sessions can be taken online via Zoom, at your home (location dependent) or at a local studio.
