Hi,
I am a private cash buyer looking for a cheap flat or house to buy for myself.
I am interested in properties located in:
Around Edinburgh or Glasgow (within a 25-mile radius) and in Aberdeen or Dundee (I will also consider other regions that are well connected to these cities).
I am looking for the cheapest possible property. It can be a fixer-upper requiring renovation or modernization, but it cannot be a complete ruin (it should be structurally sound).
I have the cash ready and want to move forward quickly for the right place. Serious sellers only, please.
