If you dont have bedding etc, we can sort this out for you at a minimum extra charge - 2 sets of bedding and you must wash them at least every 2 weeks, . 

The 2 flats in the house have a shared hallway, which we ask each flat to take it in turns - cleaning. 
 The front garden is your responisiblity and must be kept free of weeds and tidy,  This particular flat is not suitable for a pet, so please respect this. YOu are given a pet discount on your tenancy agreement, which would have been £1,195.00
