Hello and welcome! My name is Mahsa, and I am an ICF-certified executive coach (PCC level) with over 10,000 hours of experience helping people create real, lasting change. I bring a unique, holistic approach that blends physical fitness, mental health, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle transformation, and neurodiversity support into one powerful journey.

Alongside my coaching work, I am currently training in integrative counselling and hold student membership with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), working toward becoming a fully registered counsellor and psychologist. I am continuously developing my knowledge and skills to serve you at the highest level. My services include:

I wasn’t sure if working with a coach online would really work for me especially after past experiences that left me feeling disappointed. But I was looking for someone who truly understood the bigger picture, someone with a holistic approach and that’s exactly what I found in Mahsa. From day one, I felt genuinely seen, listened to, and supported in a way I hadn’t experienced before. She didn’t just hand me a plan she took the time to understand my lifestyle, my goals, and the deeper struggles I hadn’t even put into words. What’s made the biggest difference is how much she brings the emotional and psychological side into the work. I used to feel lost and confused around food, my body, and how to take care of myself, but now I feel clearer, more energised, and confident in my choices. I never realised just how much mindset impacts progress until I started working with someone who sees the whole person, not just the surface. It’s honestly been a transformational experience.

Training with Mahsa has honestly been eye opening. She’s helped me get stronger physically, whilst being mindful of my mental health issues. Her approach feels genuinely holistic, and I always leave our sessions feeling better-body and mind. We’ve shared our neurodivergent experiences, which has brought so much understanding and comfort to our sessions. Working with Mahsa is a great reminder that you are not alone in your depression.

Mahsa is an amazingly supportive and encouraging trainer who has made a huge difference to my approach to exercise. I have quite complex issues with my joints and am hyper mobile and she clearly understood how best to help me work towards improving my strength and range of movement without risking injury. She's has a lovely warm approach and sense of humour and I have really enjoyed and benefited from my sessions with her.

Working with Mahsa in this new phase of my fitness journey has been truly transformational. Not just in terms of physical progress, but also in how I feel about myself and my life overall.
