The thing about consistency is it is very hard to do, and extremely hard to break. If you been thinking of getting fit (consistently ) but, it’s hard to change that mindset for life changing, social changing, and adapt a new (healthy) way of life. Having survived cancer, broken neck, ruptured shoulder and diagnosed with diabetes all at the same time, anyone with a health problem I can help and guide you through your fitness journey. If you are ready and serious, don’t just keep thinking about it, start living for today. Your body is your life bank, what you put towards it now, will allow you to take back from it years to come and live a comfortable life. As a strength and conditioning coach, I can help you to achieve things you only dreamt of. Stop thinking about it, and work towards a better way of life. Call me.
