Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Glasgow

£33,000-£38,000

We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Glasgow city centre who are looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their residential property team. The firm is recognised for its approachable culture and long-standing client base across Scotland.

The Role:

Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish

Managing files with a high level of autonomy, with the support of a designated Director and wider team

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters

Preparing and reviewing documentation relating to property transactions

Supported by administrative and secretarial staff, allowing you to focus on fee-earning work

The Candidate:

Previous experience in residential conveyancing within the Scottish legal system is essential

Confident in running your own caseload with minimal supervision

Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

Professional, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

What’s on Offer:

Full-time role preferred, though part-time and hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate
