Key Responsibilities

As Regional Transport Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple transport sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery operations. You'll lead and develop transport managers and planners, driving performance and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Leading day-to-day transport operations across multiple depotsEnsuring full compliance with O licence and transport legislationManaging driver performance, training, and engagementDelivering against key KPIs for cost, service, and safetyDriving continuous improvement across fleet utilisation and routingWorking closely with senior leadership to shape future transport strategy Key Experiences

Proven experience managing Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain multi-site transport operationsStrong knowledge of transport compliance and driver legislationA CPC qualification (essential)Excellent people management and communication skillsThe ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day deliveryLive within a commutable distance of Chesterfield
