Develop and implement end–to–end logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.Lead the design of operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.Create cost models for customer operationsCreate efficient warehouse layouts considering growth and scalabityCollaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align solutions accordingly.Maintain up–to–date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in logistics.Provide guidance and mentorship to the solutions design team.Profile

A successful of Head of Solutions Design should have:

Proven expertise in logistics solution design within the 3rd party logistics sector.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive decision–making.Experience in leading cross–functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.Knowledge of current trends and innovations in logistics solutions (Automation, mechanisation).Experience of working with Autocad or similar tools for warehouse layoutsExcellent project management and organisational skills.A results–oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high–quality outcomes.Job Offer
