Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Catering Team Leader, you will:

Lead and motivate the catering team Deliver excellent customer service and dining experiences Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards Manage stock, ordering, and waste control Train and support team members Handle customer feedback and resolve issues Support wider centre operations when required Deputise for the Front of House Manager when needed

What We're Looking For Previous leadership experience in catering or hospitality Strong food hygiene and health & safety knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive, organised, and hands-on approach Passion for developing and supporting a team
