Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to lead their café at Houghton Hall Park. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being part of a vibrant community space.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the caféLead, train, and motivate a small teamDeliver excellent customer service at all timesManage stock control, ordering, and waste reductionEnsure food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are metHandle cash, tills, and basic financial reportingWork with management to improve sales, menus, and customer experience

About You:

Proven experience in café, hospitality, or food service managementStrong leadership and communication skillsConfident working under pressure during busy periodsOrganised, reliable, and proactiveGood knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standardsFlexible availability, including weekends
