Description

I have a 2 bedroom NFDC Old style house in Pennington with the right to buy. I was hoping to stay here however, since my relationship broke down I realise that sadly I am not able to run this house or maintain the garden alone and need to look for something more manageable.
-Open fire place, newly fitted stair and landing carpet, and newly fitted kitchen and kitchen flooring. Newly painted walls and generally up together. There is a separate utility room for washing machine and tumble dryer as well as storage. The master bedroom is huge and the second bedroom is only slightly smaller. Both with Built in wardrobes.

The biggest problem area is the garden, unfortunately I was left with a lot of rubbish when my partner left and I have been trying ever since to get rid of it bit by bit. This will be something I’d appreciate help with for the right swapper.

What I am looking for is a 2 bed so I can still have my grandchildren, will consider bungalows, houses, and I will consider ground floor flats with own garden and entrance. Areas I would like are Lymington, Pennington, Holbury or Hythe.
