All shops and bus stop 2 min walk, GP surgery 3 min walk. Woodford station 10 min walk, or choice of 2 buses to South Woodford station. 35 min to central London. Epping forest 15 min away. I am looking for a studio in tower hamlets. If someone wants to downsize I could accept a 1 bed flat. Not fussy about what level providing there is a lift, up to second floor without lift.
