Newcastle is under 30 minutes away and the Lake District is doable in under a 2 hour drive.
There are lots of beaches and landmarks all close around.
The house has been well-kept, decorated throughout and carpeted, also pet friendly. The kitchen’s modern, has a good amount of cupboard space and can have both gas or electric. In the lounge is a handy under stair storage cupboard with a light.
A spacious double bedroom with a built in cupboard and a comfortable single - plenty of room for being even a double. The loft has just recently been insulated and a light put in.
There’s a large front garden, a smaller back garden which is South facing, also has a small shed and outside water tap. Street parking is available behind or to the side of the house. It’s double glazed and gas central heated.
