Serious swappers only- areas of consideration; Longbridge, West Heath and Northfield, Cofton Hackett still want to remain in South Bham area
This is a two bedroom semi with the option for RTB and possible option to extend/have an extension once brought
My main reason for moving is purely due to space, as i have two children (hence a three bedroom will fulfil their needs). If only this was a three bedroom i wouldn’t be requesting for a mutual exchange. I’m happy to discuss further. There is off-road parking.
The house has so much opportunities to with so much garden space. I have modified parts on the house to give it a modern day look/feel.
The council at some point will upgrade the toilet and bathroom. The two rooms are a fairly good size. I have genuinely nice neighbours and there is a sense of community.
