Role Overview:

Excel in dental sales and being able to help drive the clinic forward.

Setting up and supporting in the project management of a new side of the business, "Wellness."

Primary point of contact for all new clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.

Coordinate New Patient journey by managing schedules, and ensure timely follow–ups with clients

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans

Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports as required by management.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence efficiently.

Foster a welcoming environment for patients by providing exceptional customer service at all times.
