Academics are recruiting a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Tewkesbury. The school supports children aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom may have experienced trauma, early neglect, or display challenging behaviours.

This Behaviour Support Worker role is a fantastic stepping stone for anyone interested in careers within education, psychology, social care, or youth work.
