Chronologist Case Reviewer

Candidates do not need to be qualified Social Workers but they will need extensive experience of children's social care, and of recording systems (we have Mosaic). The role is about reviewing case files, to make sure they are compliant. It will need someone organised, thorough and task focused. They will need to be confident in their analysis of what's missing from a child's file and record that accurately. The role will be auditing cases, no other duties will be expected. Context The post-holder will undertake a variety of tasks that contribute to the delivery of transformation and service improvement in Lambeth Council's Children, Families and Education Directorate. The role will support improvement project delivery across the directorate, ensuring that a wide-range of evidence is harnessed to enable the implementation of robust, evidence-based improvement initiatives. Job Purpose 1.1 To identify service development opportunities and implement projects and solutions that deliver measurable improvement to service delivery 1.2 To undertake research and produce appropriate reports, discussion papers, briefings and other documents on behalf of the Programme Manager and when required present them to a range of Children, Families and Education staff 1.3 To work with colleagues across the Children, Families and Education Directorate to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop plans for implementation 1.4 To evaluate impact of improvement initiatives by designing and enabling robust and proportionate monitoring arrangements
