Description
Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator to join their clients team in Welwyn Garden City!
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineer visits for installations, services, and breakdowns. Act as the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries. Liaise with engineers to maximise efficiency. Process service reports and parts orders.
Personal Requirements -
Experience in a Service Coordinator/Scheduler/Administrator role. Strong organisation and communication skills. Confident under pressure with good IT knowledge.
Salary - 26k - 30k depending on experience
