Electrical Designer & Builder

GBP35-50k + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare

The Role:

In charge of the build-up and testing of all cabinets

Connecting all electrical equipment

Update electrical drawings and PowerPoint and other documentations

Transport organisation of equipment and electrical panels to and from site

Maintain Workshop clean, tidy and safe

Completing Electrical Drawings utilising electrical CAD package

The Person:

Requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience of building control panels

Must be able to perform work assignments that are of a technical, involved nature, requiring the use of judgement and independent thinking

Experience working with different voltages (24V AC/DC; 240V AC; 415V AC)

Reading and understanding of Electrical and Mechanical drawings

Build up a knowledge of CAD experience

Knowledge in conveyor and robot systems and is a plus

Computer skills are required (including Microsoft office and other 'Windows' packages

Have good rapport and communication skills with customers

If you would like to travel, the opportunity is available. If you have good project management skills to manage European installations teams during larger projects, this would be highly advantageous.

Located in Lancashire, this role would be commutable from Skelmersdale, Wigan, Leigh, Manchester, Liverpool.
