Mechanical Project Manager required to work for a reputable well-established family-run building services specialist. They are proud of their strong and reputable business with repeat business across fit-out market CAT A CAT B.
The role will be split part office part site.
This is a new role / appointment to bolster the team as well as offering a secure future healthy order book.
working for an SME differs to the larger contractors and we seek someone who wants to work and be a bigger fish in a smaller pond yet successful client.
You will be responsible for:
Full support and project management on HVAC installation projectsProgramming of works, updating reports where requiredBuild solid communication channelsTake a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site MeetingsContribute to the progress of the projectFull control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budgetEnsuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-siteTaking control cradle to grave Ability to estimateDesign inputCommercial acumenClick to apply
