Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to work on a NHS site in Bolton as from January 2026

Our client is a well-established contractor with a great reputation in the construction industry & they're looking for an experieced Construction Site Manager to oversee a ward refurbishment. Experience within a similar healthcare environment is therefore highly desirable.

About the Project

This is a NHS project and will start January 2026 and continue for at least 32 weeks and will involve a complete ward refurbishment.

Your responsibilities

Site meetings H&S and liaising with company safety advisor Procurement and Resources Planning and programming Risk Assessment COSHH assessments Toolbox talks Monitoring quality of site works Final inspections Sub-contractor induction and monitoring Record keeping for inspections Interpret documentation and drawings for the install Organising equipment, plant hire and materials Cataloguing of imported goods and materials The Individual

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager, ideally with healthcare experience. You must have good organisational skills with a working knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
