Role Overview

Solo Green Renewables is seeking qualified electricians with domestic solar PV and battery storage experience. You'll handle AC/DC wiring, installation of inverters, batteries, isolators, and consumer unit modifications.

Key Responsibilities


Install and wire hybrid/string inverters

Install and configure battery storage systems

Run AC and DC cable routes

Install isolators, distribution boards, CT clamps, and smart meters

Testing, commissioning, and system handover

Ensure compliance with BS7671 and MCS standards

Complete documentation and commissioning reports



Requirements


NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition

Experience with solar PV and battery storage (mandatory)

Ability to read electrical diagrams

High-quality workmanship

Own tools & transport

ECS card preferred


















Three to four days a week

Morning or afternoon shift (Depends on location of the project)
