What You'll Do:

As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of our EV charging systems. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production processes that enhance efficiency.

Develop and maintain production documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Conduct regular assessments of production equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Support the introduction of new products into production with thorough testing and validation.

Assist in training production staff on best practises and new processes.What We're Looking For:

A degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in a production engineering role, ideally in the electrical or manufacturing sectors.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
