Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy wholesale electrical branch. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service

* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet performance, sales, and service targets

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including managing key accounts and resolving complex enquiries

* Prepare customer quotations and oversee day-to-day sales activity

* Manage purchasing, stock levels, and inventory accuracy to ensure strong product availability

* Maintain a well-presented, safe, and organised branch environment

* Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

* Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards

* Manage financial processes including cash handling, invoicing, and internal control compliance

* Conduct staff reviews and support training, development, and succession planning

* Work closely with senior management to support strategic objectives and contribute to long-term growth

Skills, Experience & Requirements

* Electrical wholesale experience is essential

* Proven background in a supervisory or managerial xjnqpsq role within electrical wholesale or a closely related industry

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach

* Highly organised with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

* Strong numerical ability for stock management, pricing, and financial transactions

* Able to work independently, make sound decisions, and maintain high operational standards

* Salary is negotiable depending on experience within electrical wholesale
