Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to advance their career within a supportive and friendly environment. Duties of the Service Advisor:
* Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service requirements
* Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs efficiently
* Advising customers on additional work needed and up-selling where appropriate
* Preparing estimates and clearly explaining service requirements to clients
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
* Managing service documentation and processing all relevant paperwork accurately
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
* Professional attitude and proactive approach
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
