Days/Hours: 5 days per week, 40–50 hours per week

A lovely family based in South Norwood are looking for an experienced and reliable full time housekeeper to work across two of their homes. The properties are approximately 25 minutes apart, with the role split between the two houses, generally spending 2–3 days per week at each property.

The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and confident managing housekeeping duties independently across both homes. They should take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, have good attention to detail and be comfortable around a friendly dog. A driver would be ideal to make travelling between the two properties easier.

Duties include:

carrying out general housekeeping duties across both properties
cleaning and tidying bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
laundry and ironing
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping wardrobes and storage areas neat and organised
maintaining clean and organised kitchens
washing up and tidying after meals
organising household items and keeping everything in its place
checking household supplies and arranging replenishments when required
maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in both homes
moving between the two properties as required
being comfortable working in a home with a friendly dog
carrying out occasional additional household tasks when required
ensuring both homes remain clean, organised and running smoothly
