Hours: Normally 10am to 3pm

Job Description:

We are a Holiday Let and Hotel company based in Central London seeking a diligent, trustworthy, and professional cleaner to maintain our apartments in a clean and orderly condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for general cleaning tasks, making beds, and tidying up various areas within the apartments. This role requires a candidate who takes great pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and respects privacy and boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all rooms in the apartments.

• Manage laundry duties.

• Tidy up living spaces, with special attention to organization and order.

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, fixtures, and kitchen areas.

• Handle delicate surfaces and items with care and in accordance with given instructions.

• Empty and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.

• Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances immediately to homeowners.

• Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify homeowners when replenishment is necessary.

• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role or professional cleaning services preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards.

• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Honest, responsible, and able to respect strict confidentiality requirements.

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

• Ability to provide two professional or character references upon request.
