Live-In Driver / Server / Handyman – St Tropez, France (Seasonal Position)

Description

We are seeking a professional, highly capable live-in Driver / Server / Handyman to join a private household in St Tropez, France for a 2-month summer position starting July 2nd.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is organised, discreet, and comfortable working to very high standards in a private household environment. The successful candidate will assist with driving, light service, and general property maintenance, supporting the smooth running of the home alongside the household team.

You will be working with another housekeeper and a professional chef, so the ability to work well as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Driving principals and guests safely and professionally
Maintaining vehicles in excellent condition
Assisting with table service and drinks service
Supporting the household with general handyman and maintenance tasks
Helping with household set-up and daily operational needs
Ensuring the property and surrounding areas are well maintained

Position Details

Location: St Tropez, France
Start Date: July 2nd
Duration: 2 months
Schedule: 6 days per week
Hours: variable. Hours are long but not consistently working.
Accommodation: Live-in
Uniform required

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in private households, luxury hospitality, or similar environments
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
Strong spoken English required; French is an advantage
Practical handyman skills and proactive attitude
Smart, professional appearance
Discreet, reliable, and flexible
Comfortable assisting with service when required
