Deliver professional, high-quality customer service during vehicle servicing and repairsManage workshop communication, liaising effectively with workshop and parts departmentsDiscuss additional work requirements and costs with customers in a clear and courteous mannerSchedule and record vehicle work efficiently, maintaining accurate and professional communicationSupport the aftersales team with administrative tasks including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and invoicingEnsure a smooth customer journey from arrival to vehicle pickup, maintaining high standards of serviceRequirements of the Service Advisor:
