Receptionist (part-time) for a Medical Aesthetic Clinic

Type of vacancy: Receptionist (job-share)

Contract type: One year initially (extension to Permanent after one year)

Location: Glasgow city centre

Number of hours: 16 hours per week

Working days: Can be FIXED or FLEXIBLE; Monday & Thursday (9am-4pm) Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (9am-6pm). Minimum two Saturdays (8am-3pm) per month required.

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Work location: In person

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting of clients
Answering and making telephone calls
General reception and administrative duties
Maintain cleanliness of reception area and treatment rooms
Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and reminders accurately using practice management software
Offer advice and provide information on services
Keep up to date with product and treatment knowledge
Support clinic supervisor

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Flexible and reliable, including the ability to cover annual leave of or swap shifts with job-share colleague
Available to work two Saturdays (8am-3pm) per month
A good telephone manner and ability to multitask during a busy day
Background in customer service or healthcare NOT essential. Extensive training will be provided
