Customer Service Representative

Description

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

* Answering customer enquiries via phone and email

* Providing exceptional customer service to customers

* Producing quotations

* Processing orders via Sage

* Answering technical queries quickly and efficiently

* Logistics management

The successful candidate will have:

* A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role

* Excellent communication skills, confident telephone manner

* Enthusiastic team player, proactive and self-motivated

* Good numeracy & literacy skills - GCSE Maths & English grade C (5) and above

* Good IT skills, ideally experience using Sage
