Bonus: 10%

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday

Holidays: 22 days (rising with service)

The Role

You’ll be working in a fast-paced Service Team, learning all about what it takes to deliver top-quality service to clients. You won’t be stuck doing admin all day – this is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real impact.

You’ll be involved in:

* Delivering first-class customer service

* Preparing quotes and supporting the sales process

* Solving problems and dealing with client queries

* Working closely with other departments

* Updating internal systems and records

About You

You don’t need years of experience – what matters most is your attitude.
