Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process Provide updates on vehicle progress and manage customer expectations Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and internal departments Raise job cards, prepare invoices, and manage repair authorisations Schedule repair work and ensure all documentation is completed accurately Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times Requirements
