We’re a group of six freelancers, small business owners and remote workers who share a bright, spacious studio in Edinburgh’s West End - and we’ve got a desk available!

It’s yours to set up and leave exactly how you like – no packing up, locking things away or hunting for a spot:

Based in Edinburgh’s West End, we’re part of Queensferry Street Studios, located on the 2nd floor. It’s a lovely, quiet space with lots of natural light thanks to southwest-facing windows.

This central location gives us access to all major bus routes and Edinburgh’s tram. We’re only 1 minute away from Princes Street and it’s a 10-minute walk from Haymarket Station.

A shared office for like-minded people

I – Denise from sandstonecastles marketing – run the studio which has 6 desks in total, a kitchenette and a meeting room we use for Zoom calls, in-person meetings, lunch breaks and the odd Negroni night.

Currently, we have a great group of creative people in the space with a background in marketing, copywriting and design. We believe in collaboration over competition and love having like-minded people around us to have a laugh with or bounce ideas off of.

Most of us are using the studio 2 to 3 days a week, but you can use the shared office as much or as little as you like. We play music sometimes, and while we don’t have a full-time office dog (yet?), there may be a (friendly!) dog around in the office a couple of days per week.

Every desk comes with a chair, storage space, 24/7-access, fast broadband/WiFi and the use of the kitchen and meeting room. It’s a dedicated desk (no hotdesking!) and the rent is £167/month plus your share of utilities (£10/month for waste/water, approx. £30/month for gas/electricity).
