We have a limited number of spaces available in our two units located at Elderpark Workspace in Govan.

Elderpark Workspace is a former bakery complex, is 10-15 mins walk from Govan Underground and various bus services which run to the City Centre and Southside - the 3 and 34 (Castlemilk, Kings Park, Mount Florida, Battlefield, Shawlands, Mosspark and Cardonald) bus services which run close by. Cycle and walking routes from the West End via the Govan-Partick Bridge. We are close to the M8, with ample free parking within the complex and nearby. We are 10 mins walk from Asda and a post office/convenience store and vegan bakery are a few minutes walk. A cafe serving hot rolls is on site and open until lunch time.

11F - Full space - 3M x 4.3M, with 3 full height plasterboard partition on 3 sides and open to corridor, £250 pcm (Now!!)

11D - Half/Shared space - 2.4M x 2.5M with 2 full height plasterboard partition on 2 sides, and open to corridor and to share - £110 pcm, (Early March)

28N - A small private space - 3.2M x 2.5M with full height plasterboard walls on 4 sides, great natural light - £150 pcm. (early March)

Our studios are subsidised and we prioritise artists from marginalised and minority communities. We give artists affordable workspaces which are warm, with good light and nice vibes! Included with the monthly rental price is:

Unit 11 - There are two half flights of stairs, or a goods lift that takes you to outside the unit and then 4 steps to get inside. The goods lift has a heavy door to pull open.

The walls will are partitioned walls in an open plan space so there will be some sound bleeding between the studios.
