This is not a shared rehearsal room or a casual drop in facility, but a dedicated working environment designed for long term creative development.

Studio 4 includes an upright piano, making it particularly well suited to composers, songwriters, producers, and vocalists who require a dependable instrument permanently available in their studio. The space is fully equipped with ventilation, air conditioning, and heating, ensuring comfort and air quality throughout the year and allowing productive sessions at any time. Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, supporting professional schedules without restriction.

Occupants of Studio 4 have full use of the communal areas on site, including a shared kitchenette and outdoor decking area, which provide space to pause, reset, and connect with others without disrupting focused work. In addition, the studio holder becomes part of the Cargo Rooms community with Orange Member status, granting 20 percent off all bookings in the Cargo Rooms live room. This creates a practical link between private studio work and larger scale rehearsals, recording, or live sessions.
