Description
As a Chef de Partie at, you’ll oversee a specific section of the kitchen, whether it’s pastry, pasta, fish, pizza, cold section, desserts or grill. This role is sometimes known as a station chef or line cook. In larger kitchens, you’ll typically work alongside a demi-chef de partie or commis. Supporting Sous/Head Chefs. You’ll be preparing Mediterranean-inspired dishes, celebrating fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours and traditional cooking techniques. Across our kitchens, you’ll help deliver high-quality food that reflects the warmth, creativity and authenticity of Mediterranean cuisine.
