Experienced Care Assistant Available – 15 Years’ Experience

I am a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant with over 15 years’ experience supporting vulnerable adults and older people with a wide range of needs. I have worked with individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults living with dementia.

I am experienced in providing person-centred, dignified care, supporting people to remain as independent, safe, and comfortable as possible in their own homes or care settings. I am calm, patient, reliable, and able to build trusting relationships with service users and their families.

My experience includes:

Personal care (washing, dressing, continence care)

Supporting people with dementia and memory loss

Supporting individuals with mental health needs

Assisting people with physical and learning disabilities

Mobility support and safe moving & handling

Medication prompting/support (as per care plans)

Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition

Emotional support and companionship

Maintaining dignity, privacy, and safeguarding at all times

I am flexible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. I understand the importance of following care plans, risk assessments, and professional boundaries.

I am now looking for a Care Assistant role where I can continue to use my skills and experience to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
