This beautiful ABI Windsor has a very rare centre lounge layout (we see maybe 2 like this per year!) with 2 double bedrooms, electric central heating with combi boiler, double glazing and is presented in good order for its age.

The living space is a fantastic open plan room with a good sized lounge, freestanding furniture, feature fireplace and storage. It has a freestanding dining area and fitted kitchen with lots of workspace, storage and electric oven.

The bedrooms are at each end of the layout, this is great for a bit of privacy and adds hugely to the size of the rooms; the first bedroom at the kitchen end is a double bed with fitted wardrobes and lockers, plus its own en-suite with fully enclosed shower, vanity sink and toilet.

At the opposite end of the home off the lounge you have the larger master bedroom with double bed (could take literally any size!) this room also has its own en-suite just like the other, but also a very large cupboard which houses the new boiler and ample utility space with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a fridge if needed.
